Air Freight

At K-Man QuickPact Services, we offer reliable and structured Air Freight shipping to ensure your packages arrive efficiently and on time.

All Regular Air Freight shipments are dispatched every Wednesday.

We offer two types of Air Shipping:

1. Regular Air Freight

• Shipments depart every Wednesday
• Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days
• During busy seasons (holidays or peak periods), processing may extend by up to an additional 3 business days
• This option is cost-effective and ideal for standard shipments

2. Express Air Freight

• Available upon request
• 24–48 hours advance notice required
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
• Ideal for urgent shipments

Required Documents (Mandatory)

When shipping by Air Freight & Ocean, the following must be provided:

• Invoice(s)
• Tracking number(s)

This helps ensure:

• Proper customs declaration
• Accurate duty assessment
• No unnecessary delays

Customs Account Requirement (Mandatory)

Before shipping, all customers must have a Customs Online account set up.

If you have NOT created an account, register here.

If you already have an account, you must appoint us as your agent by logging into your account here.

We cannot process shipments without being appointed as your agent.

Ocean Shipping & Logistics Services

At K-Man QuickPact Services, we offer reliable and structured Ocean Freight services for larger shipments, commercial cargo, relocation goods, and full container loads.

Ocean cargo is the best option when shipping heavy or oversized items, and is especially ideal if you are relocating to the Cayman Islands or relocating from the island. It is a cost-effective solution compared to Air Freight when moving bulk goods or household items.

We specialize in the importation of:

• Vehicles
• Furniture
• Building materials
• Barrels
• Commercial goods
• Full and partial containers

Island-Wide Service

We provide service to:

• Grand Cayman
• Cayman Brac
• Little Cayman

Shipping Routes

We primarily ship:

• USA to Grand Cayman
• Grand Cayman to USA (Florida area only)
• Grand Cayman to Jamaica
• Sister Islands (Cayman Brac and Little Cayman)

Ocean Shipping Schedule & Cut-Off Policy

We operate two Ocean arrival schedules per week: Wednesday and Friday arrivals.

First Sailing

• Departs Monday
• Arrives in Cayman Wednesday
• Documentation cut-off: Wednesday before 12:00 PM (the week prior)

During holidays or peak seasons: Documentation must be submitted no later than Monday at 3:00 PM the week before.

Second Sailing

• Departs Thursday
• Arrives in Cayman Saturday
• Documentation cut-off: Friday before 12:00 PM (the week prior)

During peak seasons: Documentation must be submitted Wednesday at 3:00 PM the week before.

Please also note that all packages must already be received at our USA warehouse in order to be included in the shipment.

Clients who wish to ship items via Ocean should email us confirming which packages should move by Ocean Freight.

We strongly encourage clients to plan ahead to avoid delays.

Ocean freight rates fluctuate due to:

• Seasonal cargo demand
• International shipping rate changes
• Container availability
• Fuel and carrier adjustments

Pricing may vary depending on volume and timing. We recommend contacting us directly for an accurate quotation before arranging shipment.

Required Documentation (Mandatory)

Before shipping your cargo to the Cayman Islands, the following must be provided:

• Invoice(s) (for online purchases)
• Packing list with item descriptions and values (for relocation or personal goods) ensuring you have Appointed us as your agent.

If these guidelines are not followed it results in a penalty.

We cannot process Ocean shipments without proper documentation.

This ensures:

• Accurate customs declaration
• Proper duty assessment
• Faster clearance
• Avoidance of delays or penalties

What Ocean Shipping Is Ideal For

Ocean freight is a practical and cost-effective solution for large, heavy, or relocation shipments.

Storage Charges

If cargo remains uncleared:
• Storage charges apply at $9.25 per ton per day
• Charges begin accumulating after 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Vehicle Imports

Vehicles are charged as follows:

• $500– vehicles under 6 tonnes
• $900 – vehicles over 6 tonnes

Handling charges also apply at $19.65 per ton. Vehicle import duty varies depending on the value and type of vehicle.

Please also include the note that vehicles older than 7 years cannot be imported, and we will not process those shipments.

Air Freight Insurance

Air shipments do not include insurance. For high-value items, we recommend shipping via Ocean Freight.

Regional Shipping

We are able to ship from Grand Cayman to Honduras and Jamaica.
However, pickup must be arranged on the receiver’s end.
Please note that our Honduras office is currently closed.
